This brief course is destined for Master One students in  Linguistics and Applied Languages section. It aims to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge and foster their independence to write academically. Through a combination of face-to-face and online activities, learners are guided through the different stages of research proposal writing while progressively taking more ownership of their own learning. The unit draws on peer feedabck, reflective practice, peer collaboration and self assessement in order to help students become more strategic, self-aware and autonomous  in their academic writing.
