Course Description
This course trains students to use English for scientific study and communication. Two main goals are pursued:

Acquire a scientific language culture and the basics of general English for everyday academic use.

Develop practical techniques for preparing and delivering oral presentations (exposés) and producing concise written summaries.
The course links language instruction with scientific content whenever possible: students will work with physics-related texts, technical notices, publications, and project reports. Instruction uses varied media (written texts, audio, slides, video) and emphasizes active practice.
